Inspired in part by the work of North Carolina based visual artist Thomas Sayer, our newest work Blood of the Earth explores the textures of the Southern United States as experienced by the choreographer in childhood.
Community
eMartin Dance is a Minneapolis based dance company using movement to activate audiences. We understand dance as a universal language we use to create community discourse through our art and outreach.
Education
In addition to their role as Artistic Director, Erika Martin continues to be an active dance educator in the Twin Cities community. They are available for K-12 residencies, private dance lessons, corporate and community workshops.
